Just some photos of life on the farm, so you can get to know us and our family, two-legged and four-legged alike.
Minnie getting a little exceriseWhen Minnie first came here she was in decent shape, but since she has been here she has blossomed into the beautiful girl that we knew she could be. Our horse are not ridden on a regular basis so we ocassionally put them in the round pen and just give them a light workout. The pictures above are Minnie in the round pen. The last picture below is Minnie when she first came here. Please keep in mind that Minnie is 26 years old. Doesn't she just look wonderful.

This is Sweetie. She is really a very sweet and well trained mare. She does need a reminder every so often that she has to mind her manners, but over all she is a good girl.
This is Baby, sporting her winter coat. Baby is a tabby who was not quite built right when she was born. Her ribs did not develope properly so all the things that should be inside of them are somewhat unprotected, but she is a very healthy girl and loves her mommy very much. Her mommy is my oldest daughter Alicia. Alicia is our resident cat lady, if she had her way we would 100s's cats.
The little dog in the last picture is Skittles. We rescued him from a kennel in someones back yard. The poor thing was freezing to death and was just skin and bones. We were going to find him a home but Skittles and my yougest daughter Ashley have fallen in love and they are always together, so his home is here.
Baby and Skittles will be with us as long as they live. :)
